1) Open Outlook 2003
2) Click on tools at the top
3) Click on email accounts

4) Select view or change existing email accounts
5) Click next

6) Click on the account you would like to edit and click on Change on the right

7) Enter your name and Email address under user information
8) Enter your email address and password under Logon Information
9) Under Server Information enter the following:

Incoming Mail Server (POP3): pop.ncws.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.ncws.com

(NOTE 1: If your email address ends in ncwebsurfer.com replace ncws.com with ncwebsurfer.com)

(NOTE 2: If we host your domain name replace ncws.com with your domain name
ie: mydomain.com)

10) Click on More Settings on the bottom right

11) Click on the Outgoing Server tab at the top
12) Check the first box My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

If you are on a Dial-up connection proceed to step 16

If you are on DSL or any connection other then Dial-Up proceed to step 13

13) Click on the advanced tab at the top
14) Change the Outgoing Server (SMTP) to 2525

15) Click OK at the bottom

16) Click on Next at the bottom

17) Click on Finish at the bottom

Changes are complete
