Question:
How can I adjust spam settings for all accounts under my domain?
Solution: On the web go to http://admin.ncws.com and login with your admin login ID and password (If you do not remember your login ID and password email

Once you are logged in click on the link on the bottom left that says Email Rules. You will be able to the SpamShield score higher or lower and select a procssing option.
To whitelist or blacklist email addresses or domains for your domain click on the appropriate link on the bottom left.
